Commercial / Industrial Painter
Responsibilities
- Apply interior & exterior coatings on commercial and government buildings
- Prep surfaces — sanding, taping, masking, priming
- Follow project specs and compliance requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe job site daily
Requirements
- 2+ years commercial painting experience
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (background check for gov sites)
Surface Prep & Coatings Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform sanding, drywall repair, and substrate conditioning
- Apply protective and industrial-grade coatings
- Operate sprayers and prep equipment safely
- Support crews on large-scale repainting projects
Requirements
- 1+ year surface prep or coatings experience
- Knowledge of moisture/corrosion-resistant products a plus
- Physically able to stand/bend for extended periods
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Crew Foreman / Lead Painter
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule a crew of 3–8 painters on site
- Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate materials, scope, and client walkthroughs
- Enforce OSHA and project compliance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years painting experience, 2+ leading crews
- Strong knowledge of commercial/institutional specs
- Valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (background check)
Project Manager — Government Contracts
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget on institutional projects
- Own compliance documentation and client communication
- Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and procurement
- Conduct site assessments and project evaluations
Requirements
- 3+ years project management in painting/construction
- Experience with government or institutional contracts
- Strong organization & documentation skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
General Laborer / Apprentice
Responsibilities
- Assist painters with setup, masking, and cleanup
- Move and stage materials and equipment
- Learn the trade alongside experienced crews
- Keep job sites organized and safe
Requirements
- No experience required — willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
